Insulin syringe… the biggest enemy!!!

Hi all!! For those who have diabetics just started will agree with me. The sight of needle almost drives u crazy…. THIS IS TIP TO MAKE IT MORE COMFORTABLE… First of there is a specific way of storing the insulin bottle… preferably in a refrigerator, if not available u can store it in glass of water. The level of water is decided by the height of the insulin bottle. It should not drown in it, should come to half to three fourth of the bottle. Now how to start with injection. First the temperature of the bottle should be brought to the level of body by gentle rubbing between the palms. Then take the syringe, and draw the amount air (till same amount of insulin you are supposed to take) now poke the center of the bottle and inject the air (to negate pressure issues, sometimes insulin doesn’t come out). Now draw the prescribed amount of insulin. Now comes the most interesting part. It can be taken at abdomen (stomach in common parlance) thigh. 10 Simple health tips for diabetics

Nowadays people having diabetes are so confused about their habits so I decided to post some simple tips to help those people. Here are those 10 simple health tips 1)  please don’t over eat 2)  never eat immediate after a workout 3)  avoid sweetmeats and fried foods 4)  in every meal try to include a fresh vegetable salad 5)  drink more water – uses of drinking more water is , it removes toxins and waste out of your body 6)  eat slowly – never eat fat and masticate well before you swallow 7)  please make sure that there is a short gap between each meal you take 8)  take food at fixed timings 9)  you should have 3 proper meals and a small snacks between if you are on insulin 10) final and most important thing to be followed is exercise daily I hope the above mentioned tips will be very helpful for diabetes people especially people who got confirmed their diabetes recently.
