Having tea may prevent diabetes …….. yes very much possible ! I was surfing net and came across this article .
A study was conducted involving 457,922 participants .Researchers found that the members who usually drank 3 to 4 cups of tea every day had a one-fifth lower diabetes risk then who did not drink tea. It is said that antioxidants and minerals present in tea prevent the occurrence of diabetes.
It is also believed that Green tea and Black tea help in fighting diabetes.
So, enjoy your daily cuppa tea. Maintain your weight , followed with proper exercises and a healthy diet to keep diabetes at bay.
