Here is a exercise guide for the younger and older people with diabetes and precautions to be taken by them. Regular exercise is a must for every person who is either ailing or is at a risk of developing diabetes. There are different forms of exercises which can be practiced by both the elderly and the young diabetics. These forms include: Aerobic exercises: these exercises include continuous and rhythmic movement of the same groups of muscles for few minutes.
