Diabetes causes kidney failure or blindness requiring a dialysis and it hamper the routine life of the patient making him depressant or making the existing depression worse.. Authors of the study noted that more investigation and research is required in this field, The researchers said that field based study is required to establish biological mechanism of relation between depression and diabetes.
The family and friends of patients should be active in keeping the patient in cheerful mood without mental stress to elevate his life span and to avoid measure complications like kidney failure heart attack, stroke or blindness.
