10 Simple health tips for diabetics

Nowadays people having diabetes are so confused about their habits so I decided to post some simple tips to help those people.
Here are those 10 simple health tips

1)  please don’t over eat

2)  never eat immediate after a workout

3)  avoid sweetmeats and fried foods

4)  in every meal try to include a fresh vegetable salad
5)  drink more water – uses of drinking more water is , it removes toxins and waste out of your body

6)  eat slowly – never eat fat and masticate well before you swallow

7)  please make sure that there is a short gap between each meal you take

8)  take food at fixed timings

9)  you should have 3 proper meals and a small snacks between if you are on insulin

10) final and most important thing to be followed is exercise daily

    I have read the article based on the deadly disease diabetics.I like the post and tips for diabetes.Diabetes is disease in which the person has high sugar level in the blood which causes inflammation and much more.I agree with Dr. Charles that diabetes is to take good care of your oral health.
